Errol is a passionate small business consultant who, through his firm, Effectuation Optimum Inc., provides a comprehensive array of consulting and coaching services specifically designed for small business owners across various industries and sizes. 

Errol earned his MBA from Oxford Brookes University in England and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). His extensive experience of more than thirty years in business consulting and auditing encompasses work in both Jamaica and Canada. This includes senior roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC Jamaica) prior to relocating to Canada in 2000, followed by roles at several highly regulated Canadian financial institutions, and the founding of Effectuation Optimum Inc. in 2020.

Currently, Errol holds the position of Treasurer for two nonprofit organizations: The Kingston College Old Boys Association (Toronto Chapter) - This 50-year-old organization aims to enhance the welfare of students at Kingston College Secondary School in Jamaica, his alma mater. Educate GenNEXT - A 20-year-old organization committed to providing financial support for deserving students in rural towns throughout Jamaica.
